Steel Lotus is an ongoing concept art and worldbuilding project set in an alternative 1867 Japan. This collection showcases character designs, environment concepts, weapon explorations, color and mood studies, silhouette variations, and illustrations created to develop the visual identity of the world. The project is still in development, with additional designs and artwork planned for the future.
